Can you make custom pieces? YES! We here at Haven America LOVE to make custom pieces for clients. If you have an item in mind, please send us an email containing the concept, size, reference photos, and color preference. We'll response with in 24-48 hours.

What is the current processing time? Our current processing time is 10-15 business days. If order is placed over the weekend, the first processing day will begin on Monday.

How long does my order take to ship? Once the order is marked shipped, your order will arrive within 2-3 business days in the USA. If shipping internationally, your order may take up to 6-10 business days in transit to your country.

How will my order ship? Haven America typically ships via USPS Priority Mail service unless specified in listing. We do reserve the right to ship via FedEx Ground on larger items and orders.

Can I order an item in a different color? Yes of course! Most items have a pull down menu allowing you to select a different color. If a color is not shown in the listing, simply add a note when checking-out with the your color of choice for the item(s). If your item has multiple colors simply add a note as well or feel free to send us an email about color changes.

Can I have a custom color mixed? Yes, we can do custom coloring upon request. Please send us an email if you would like custom colors not shown in the color pallet. There will be a $15 up-charge for custom colors.

Can an item be made larger? Yes, of course! Please send us an email with a link to the item you would like larger and the size you would like it to be.

Can an item be made smaller? Most items are usually made in the smallest size possible. If it were to be come smaller, details on the piece would become lost or be susceptible to breakage while in transit. If the item is currently large, send us an email with the item and the prefered size and we can let you know if it is possible.

Can I return an item? We realize that every situation is unique. Please contact us and we'll see if we can help.

Do I need to register to make a purchase? No, you can simply select the item(s) you want and proceed to check out.

What forms of payment do you accept? All major credit cards are accepted and processed through Shopify.

 Does my order come with hardware? No. We carved keyholes in the back of all our items for quick and easy hanging. Since there are many methods for hanging and anchoring to various types of wall, we do not wish to damage your wall with an inappropriate hardware.
