The first piece in our contemporary portraits of Marie Antoinette. This series is meant to capture the essence of the tragic life of one of France's more iconic figures, Marie Antoinette. The painting portrays her youthfully with full red lips and a tiara. Her classic hair is in shadow, and she is coming forward into the light of her own as queen.
Features a painted chartreuse edge that creates contrast from the moody composition.

"40 Love" Painting, LIFE series
40 Love is inspired by the love of the sport. The painting consists of two figures, one standing on the other side of the net and the other lying on the court. The figure lying on the court is so exhausted that they are lying on the court, similar to the player who has won the game. While this player has not won, this painting is not about admitting defeat but about playing. Even though you may not be good, you can still enjoy the game.
This painting was done by artist Susan Havens-Morris. The Life Series is based on moments, events, and things from Susan's childhood during the '70s and '80s.
