The Try Works No. 96 (Full Quote)
Opposite the mouth of the works, on the further side of the wide wooden hearth, was the windlass. This served for a sea-sofa. Here lounged the watch, when not otherwise employed, looking into the red heat of the fire, till their eyes felt scorched in their heads. This framed lighthouse makes a bold statement. This design was inspired by the Bodie Island Lighthouse that stands on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. The lighthouse is made from a reclaimed fence post that came from a farm in Illinois near Chicago.

This bold, striped lighthouse overlooks the Atlantic Ocean with a white sailboat passing in the background. It's finished in our signature Haven America rustic finish and has a wire in the back, ready for hanging. It's framed with reclaimed lath wood that is also salvaged from old homes.

The darkness of the Pequod is illustrated above the deep ocean water as the harpoon races down. Moby Dick dives deeper, evading the harpoons from the ship. 

The white whale is carved out of the wood that is the blue ocean. The harpoon is engraved into the wood as well. The Pequod is cut from super-thin wood; each piece is applied to the surface, rubbed in a black ink wash. Framed in 100+ year-old wood lath. All handcrafted from wood, each piece is created just for you.

"You're gonna need a bigger boat!", one of my favorite lines from my favorite movie, JAWS. While in the movie it was a Great White Shark, I personally loved the Mako shark art for this assemblage. This set of 10 wood prints is taken from historic Flemish paintings and was printed onto wood with our unique wood print process. The sides are embellished with bright colors so as you pass by these wood prints on your wall, you get a bright, unexpected pop of color.

Each print is applied to a thick wood panel, edges are paint finished in subtle tones of blues and green. This collection makes up a landscape with separate paintings, carefully curated and cropped to highlight elements of land water, and marsh, i.e., a beautiful sky with puffy white clouds, another the detail of a sailboat sailing into an inlet, and so forth.

The collection comes with a printed plan-o-gram for your installer to hang. Pictures ranging in size from 33” sq to 14” sq.
