Order Processing

All orders are processed within 7–15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods or special promotions.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free shipping within the United States and APO locations. Most shipp UPS Ground. Small items under 30" may ship USPS Ground service and to desitations with PO Boxes and APO address. If you would like a specific carrier, please reach out to our office at office@havenamerica.com with your request prior to ordering, as we may need to pull a specific shipping cost and quote for you.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Delays & Lost Packages

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at office@havenamerica.com with your name and order number.

Local Pickup (Optional)

If you’re located near New Orleans, LA USA, you can choose free local pickup at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready, typically within 7-15 business days.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. If an order is returned, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
