Refund policy
Returns
We do our best to accurately depict and describe the items in our shop, and we ask that you keep in mind that all items are one of a kind, made by hand, and, by nature, have imperfections and variations. If you are unhappy with the items that you receive, please contact us within 3 days to arrange for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in good condition in original packaging in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. Please use all packaging materials to return.
Credit will be refunded upon safe receipt of returned items. Buyer is responsible for damage in transit.
After 3 day grace period, all sales are final.
In the event of a stolen package, refunds will not be provided.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it to be eligible for a return.
Please do not send your purchase back unless you notify us that you are requesting a return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or a check will be sent out within 14 days of the item's approval.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

This item ships for free! Made to order. Ships in 1-2 weeks.

We are dedicated to providing accurate descriptions and visuals of the artwork featured on our site. All of the framed art is made to order, and therefore, we can’t accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, if there is a craftsmanship defect or delivery damage, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 72 hours at office@havenamerica.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, please get in touch with the gift giver. The purchaser will then have to contact us for a return and refund. We can not refund to anyone else but the purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, it may take varying amounts of time for your exchanged product to reach you.
If shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing full shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Item Treatment
Natural wood products may experience minor movement over time due to changes in temperature and humidity. Customers are responsible for proper installation and ongoing environmental conditions once an item has been delivered and installed. We cannot replace/return/refund items that have arrived safely upon receipt.
