Our very Americana whale and lighthouse are engraved into the wood. Inspired by historic folk art themes, it shows a whale swimming past a lighthouse with a schooner ship in the background. The overall simple color palette of light blue, lots of white and a touch of red and navy blue keep this piece looking very correct. All details are handpainted after engraving. Hand-finished with our fabulous rustic distressed finish. Framed in natural reclaimed rustic wooden lath. Nice large size makes it a lovely nautical piece of wall art.

Our Avalon Starfish is a great beachy accent to your cottage beach house or lake house or to bring that nautical feel home. Being a Florida boy, beaches are part of growing up in the Red Neck Rivera, on those majestic sugar sand beaches, y'all! The starfish we would find were never this big or complete on the shore; you would occasionally find a perfect little one. This one is named after Avalon Beach, a small grassy marsh along the shores of Escambia Bay in the panhandle of Pensacola, Florida.
